Libera Nos is a viral performance film made in collaboration with world renowned choir The Sixteen in response to the 2020 coronavirus lockdown.
We made a virtue of the fact the choir had never performed in a casual setting by directing them to sing while doing lockdown-related chores. 34 individual performances recorded on phones were lovingly synced and mixed. Aired by BBC R3, Classic FM & Scala Radio, in it’s first week it was seen 200,000 times, spreading a little hope and humanity at a time people need it.
